Traditional big company
The large traditional companies are bureaucrabic organizations that maintain formalized relationship with unions and comply with the law. They are up to date on public employment development measures, and therefore, they are companies where greater protection to the most vulnerable (minorities and women or inmigrants) are observed. Their size and central position in the corporate structure of the sector in the area, has allowed them to have greater resistance to the crisis than other companies (especially micro and family enterprises and opportunistic ones emerged during the boom), so their workers (including women) were moved to other jobs (assemblies, flooring) and left the sector later.
